Description
The Saro S 900 PRO is a refrigerated saladette prep counter for restaurants, takeaway outlets, pizzerias and snack kitchens: two doors, a telescopic sliding lid and a polyethylene cutting board set directly into the stainless steel top, with two height-adjustable shelves (323 x 570 mm) on matching support rails inside. Housing and interior are stainless steel; GN containers are not included.
The PRO version is built for lower running costs: 45 mm insulation, an evaporator foamed on three sides, air circulation cooling switched by a door contact, and automatic defrost, controlled by a DIXELL/Copeland digital thermostat, hold +2 to +8 °C. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.15 kW, refrigerant R600a; external dimensions 903 x 700 x 870-890 mm, net weight 68 kg, energy consumption 2.372 kWh/24h with the lid closed.
