Description

The Saro BALDUR S 902 is a refrigerated saladette counter with 2 doors, designed for cold prep stations in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and busy café kitchens. Holding a temperature range of +2 °C to +8 °C, it accommodates up to 3× GN 1/1 containers (up to 150 mm deep) in the top rail, with other GN combinations also possible — giving prep cooks immediate access to fresh ingredients at the line.

The fully stainless steel interior and housing are easy to clean and built for daily professional use. A telescopic sliding lid protects the top-rail contents between service bursts, while the integrated polyethylene cutting board doubles as a direct prep surface. Cooling is handled by a static system with circulating air fan; the evaporator is foamed on three sides for efficient, even temperature distribution, and automatic defrost keeps maintenance demands low. Digital DIXELL control keeps setpoints precise and readable at a glance.

Running on a standard 230 V / 1 Ph / 50 Hz supply at just 0.23 kW and drawing approximately 3.5 kWh per 24 hours (lid closed), the BALDUR S 902 is economical for continuous operation. At roughly 42 dB(A) it is quiet enough for open kitchen environments. Note that GN containers are not included in the delivery scope.
