Description

The Saro BALDUR S 903 is a three-door refrigerated saladette counter designed for ingredient prep and cold storage in professional kitchens, holding a steady +2 °C to +8 °C across its full-width workspace. The 1,365 mm-wide stainless steel unit accommodates four GN 1/1 containers on top (up to 150 mm deep, other combinations possible) and features a telescopic sliding lid that keeps prepped ingredients accessible during service without breaking the cold chain.

Inside, three height-adjustable grids on individual support rails keep refrigerated goods organised under each door, while the DIXELL digital controller, automatic defrost, and R600a refrigerant (HFC-free) keep energy draw to just 3.725 kWh/24 h — a practical choice for busy restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations where running costs matter. The stainless steel interior has rounded corners for fast, compliant cleaning, and a polyethylene cutting board is included as standard. Note: GN containers are not included.
