Description

The Rollmatic MAC100 is a professional bread mill designed to grind dry or toasted bread into breadcrumbs, built for high-volume bakery, restaurant and catering kitchen environments. Running on 0.75 kW at 400V three-phase power, it delivers consistent, reliable output — up to 80 kg/h on toasted bread — without demanding significant energy or floor space.

Its compact construction makes it easy to integrate into busy production lines, while the included double grain size sieve gives operators direct control over the coarseness of the finished breadcrumb — switching between fine and coarse output without additional tooling. A practical choice for kitchens that process bread waste at scale or require consistent breading materials day to day.
