Description
The Rollmatic CP52 is an automatic bench-type bread slicer from the Samurai product line, designed for high-throughput slicing in restaurants, hotels, bakeries and catering operations. Running on 0.75 kW and powered by a 380–400 V three-phase supply, it accepts loaves loaded from the front and handles bread up to 500 × 230 × 180 mm, with adjustable slice thickness ranging from 9 to 20 mm to suit everything from thin sandwich cuts to thick artisan slices.
The CP52 operates in both single and continuous cutting modes with adjustable cutting speed, giving kitchen teams precise control over output pace during service. Safety is built in: the steel safety top opens and closes automatically, and a crumb tray microswitch prevents the machine from starting unless the tray is properly closed — keeping the unit compliant with CE/EU safety standards and ready for professional environments where downtime and accidents are not an option.
