Description
The Rollmatic G42 is a manual bench-type bread slicer designed for behind-the-counter use in retail shops, small bakery laboratories, and restaurants. Front-loading and counter-top mounted, it handles loaves up to 400 × 300 mm footprint and 180 mm tall, slicing them at adjustable thicknesses from 9 to 20 mm to suit everything from thin sandwich cuts to thick artisan slices.
Running on 380 V / 50–60 Hz at 0.55 kW, the G42 offers a practical balance of compact footprint and capable throughput — making it a reliable workhorse for operations that need consistent, repeatable slicing without a full industrial line. Its manual control keeps operation straightforward for any counter staff.
