The Rollmatic BM11 is a professional countertop bread mill designed to grind dry, toasted, and fresh bread into crumbs at throughputs of up to 300 kg/h, making it a practical workhorse for high-volume bakeries, hotel kitchens, and catering operations. Running on 1.5 kW at 400 V, it delivers consistent output across three interchangeable sieve sizes — fine, medium, and coarse — to suit different culinary applications.

Built with a stainless steel and aluminium body, the BM11 is engineered for daily professional use. A comprehensive safety system — including a double safety guard, micro and interlocking switches, and thermal motor protection — keeps operators protected during continuous runs. For kitchens that also process fresh bread, the optional Crumb Kit extends the machine's capability without requiring a separate unit.
