The Rollmatic C52S is a free-standing manual bread slicer on wheels, designed for high-volume bread portioning in bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. Running on a 400 V three-phase supply with a 0.75 kW motor, it handles loaves up to 520 × 300 × 180 mm loaded laterally, and delivers a clean 520 mm cut width across the full loaf in a single operator-driven cycle.

Slice thickness is selectable between 9 and 20 mm, giving kitchen teams the flexibility to portion everything from thin sandwich slices to thick toast cuts without changing equipment. The powder-coated steel frame with stainless steel elements is built for the daily demands of a professional kitchen, while the integrated crumb drawer keeps the work area clean and reduces downtime between batches. Mounted on castors, the C52S moves freely around the production floor and parks wherever it is needed.
