Description
Description
The Robot Coupe CL 50 is a countertop continuous-feed vegetable preparation machine for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and cafés serving between 50 and 400 meals per service, delivering a practical output of up to 150 kg/h from a 550 W brushless induction motor. Made in France, it features a metal vegetable bowl, a high-resistance composite base, and lateral ejection that feeds directly into 150 mm gastronorm pans — keeping prep lines clean and fast.
Three hopper options handle virtually any ingredient: a large rectangular feed with a 139 cm² opening, a 58 mm cylindrical tube for round produce, and a 39 mm ExactiTube for precision cuts. A magnetic safety system with motor brake and lever-activated auto restart via the pusher ensure operator safety without slowing down service.
The CL 50 supports a library of 50+ optional discs covering slicing (0.6–14 mm), grating, julienne, ripple-cut, dicing and french-fry cuts, plus an optional Potato Ricer Attachment that produces up to 10 kg of mashed potato in two minutes — making it a practical single investment for high-volume vegetable prep across every station.
