Description
Description
The Robot Coupe R2B is a countertop bowl cutter and food processor for professional kitchens, built around a 3-litre polycarbonate bowl and a 0.55 kW direct-drive induction motor running at a single fixed speed. It handles the full daily prep range — mincing meat and fish, chopping onions and herbs, emulsifying sauces, grinding nuts or chocolate, kneading dough, and producing smooth mousses and stuffings — making it a reliable workhorse for restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and busy café prep lines.
The included stainless steel twin-blade "S" assembly sits at the bowl base and is driven directly by the motor shaft, eliminating belt wear. A pulse function gives cooks precise control over texture, and the mechano-magnetic safety interlock stops the motor the moment the lid is lifted. The bowl, lid and blade are all dishwasher safe, keeping cleaning fast at the end of service.
Compact at under 2.5 kg of footprint on the pass, the R2B runs on standard 230 V / 50 Hz single-phase power and carries CE certification for EU use — straightforward to specify and commission without additional electrical work.
