The Pavesi Forni PVP 150 TW Round is a rotating wood-fired professional pizza oven with a 150 cm hearth diameter and capacity for 14–18 pizzas simultaneously, designed for high-volume pizzerias, restaurants, and hotels demanding authentic wood-fired results at scale.

Built as a single-block (monoblock) refractory stone cook deck with a round chamber and flat vault, the oven reaches operating temperature in approximately 60 minutes and maintains a working range up to 300 °C. The revolving deck eliminates the need for constant pizza rotation, letting kitchen teams focus on throughput. Thermal retention is engineered into every layer: 8 cm refractory cement dome walls, a kaolin blanket providing 10–20 cm of dome insulation, and 15 cm microporous panel base insulation ensure consistent bake temperatures and fuel efficiency. Dual left-and-right ash discharge keeps the hearth clear during service.

An optional electronically managed Avanzini gas burner with stainless-steel nozzle protection is available for operators who require fuel flexibility alongside wood firing. At 1,750 kg, the PVP 150 TW Round is a permanent installation suited to dedicated pizza operations where output consistency and fire-hearth character are non-negotiable.
