Description
Description
The Pavesi Forni PVP 130 TW Round is a rotary wood-fired pizza oven with a 130 cm motorised rotating refractory hearth, capable of holding 10–12 pizzas simultaneously — purpose-built for high-volume pizzerias, restaurants and hotels where consistent bake quality and throughput are non-negotiable. The single-block monoblock cast hearth and flat vault deliver even, radiant heat across the full deck, while the motorised rotation eliminates constant manual turning and reduces operator fatigue during a busy service.
The oven reaches 300 °C from 100 °C in around 45 minutes when fired with dry wood, and can be optionally equipped with an Avanzini Drago electronically managed gas burner for greater fuel flexibility. The round chamber suits both direct-bake Neapolitan-style pizza and tray-baked formats, making it a practical choice for operations with a diverse menu. Dual-side ash discharge keeps the work area clean without interrupting the bake cycle.
The exterior finish is fully customisable — ceramic, glass or brick tiles can be applied with standard adhesives, and a plasterboard enclosure is also possible — so the oven integrates naturally into any front-of-house or open-kitchen setup.
