Description
The OEM BM2NT is a bench-mounted volumetric dough divider designed for high-volume unleavened dough portioning in bakeries, restaurants, hotels and catering operations, producing between 700 and 1,200 pieces per hour with portion weights ranging from 50 g to 300 g. Its NT belt-transport output delivers divided pieces directly to the next stage of production, keeping workflow continuous and hands-free.
Eight interchangeable dividing cones — from ø35 mm through ø70 mm — let operators dial in the exact portion weight needed; one cone is supplied with the machine, specified at the time of ordering, with optional rounding cups available to complete the line. The electromechanical controls and a 30–32 kg hopper capacity make the BM2NT straightforward to operate during sustained production runs. Note that the machine is compatible with unleavened dough only and is not suitable for room-temperature or refrigerator-leavened doughs.
