Description
The Pizza Group CO800 is a combined dough divider and rounder for pizzerias, bakeries and high-volume catering operations, capable of processing up to 340 pieces per hour from a maximum dough load of 5.5 kg. Running on 400 V / 50 Hz and drawing just 1.3 kW, it divides and rounds in a single pass through a mechanically driven system of levers and a numerical scale — no guesswork, consistent portioning every cycle.
Five interchangeable bushings covering diameters from 4 to 6 cm let operators quickly match portion size to the menu, while the Teflon-coated aluminium spiral ensures dough releases cleanly and the working parts stay easy to clean. Built in Italy by Pizza Group, the CO800 is the compact, reliable workhorse that busy pizza and bread production lines need to keep pace during service.
