Description
The OEM BM2AS is a combined volumetric dough divider and rounder for high-volume bread and roll production in bakeries, hotels, and catering operations. Running on a standard three-phase 400 V supply and drawing just 0.84 kW, it processes unleavened dough at up to 1,200 pieces per hour, dividing portions between 50 g and 300 g with a weight tolerance of ±5 %.
Cut portions are conveyed automatically from the dividing cone to a spiral snail bell, which rounds them in a single continuous pass — eliminating a separate manual rounding step and keeping throughput consistent during a full service shift. The machine is freestanding on four castors (two with brakes), making it straightforward to reposition or lock in place on the production floor.
Each unit ships with one dividing cone and one rounding bell; specify the required size at the time of ordering. Note that the BM2AS is designed for unleavened dough only and will not reliably process dough that has already been leavened at room or refrigerator temperature.
