Description
Description
The Pizza Group CO300 is a combined dough divider and rounder for high-volume pizza and bakery production, capable of processing up to 340 portions per hour with portion weights ranging from 50 to 300 g. The integrated system pairs the SA300 divider with the AR300 rounder on a dedicated SPSA stand, handling a full 30 kg batch of dough in a single load — making it well-suited for busy pizzerias, hotel kitchens, bakeries and large-scale catering operations.
The rounder spiral is constructed from aluminium with a Teflon (PTFE) coating for smooth, consistent ball formation and easy cleaning, while the three-phase 1.3 kW motor keeps power consumption modest relative to the machine's output. The CO300 ships ready to work, including one cone and five reduction bushings covering diameters from 4 to 6 cm to accommodate different portion sizes straight out of the box.
