Description
The OEM AST is a countertop dough rounder for bakeries, pizzerias, and high-volume production kitchens that need consistent, fast ball-forming without a combined divider-rounder. It accepts unleavened dough lumps through the top opening and delivers rounded balls between 50 and 300 g at a tolerance of ±5 %, making it a reliable station tool before proofing or sheeting.
The stainless steel body houses aluminium cones, and the kit ships with a tray and two divider cones plus a removable spiral and knife — all dishwasher-safe, which keeps cleaning fast between shifts. Note that the machine processes unleavened dough only; dough that has already fermented at room temperature or in refrigeration should not be run through it.
