Description
The Saro HW-2 is a steam-based hot dog cooker and warmer for snack bars, food stalls, canteens and casual dining operations that serve hot dogs at volume. Drawing just 0.65 kW at 230 V, it heats sausages and buns gently via steam — keeping product moist and ready to serve without drying out — across a temperature range up to 110 °C, controlled by an adjustable thermostat with an indicator lamp.
The unit holds 4 spit skewers and features a stainless steel housing with a glass cylinder so staff can monitor product at a glance. Compact enough for a counter or service station, it weighs under 10 kg and is straightforward to operate: fill the water tray before each use and set the thermostat. The glass cylinder and removable components keep daily cleaning quick.
