Description
The CE-MG is Incold's CE-series hinged isothermal door with a magnetic gasket closing system. The leaf is built from moulded plates with an integrated handgrip, injected rigid polyurethane insulation and a magnetic EPDM gasket that draws the door shut against its frame for a consistent thermal seal.
It is made in three panel thicknesses — 68 mm (CE-MG 07 TN) for chilled rooms, and 92 mm (CE-MG 09 BT) or 121 mm (CE-MG 12 BT) for freezer rooms — across clear openings from 700 by 2000 mm up to 1200 by 2200 mm. The leaf opens to 180 degrees and is self-closing up to 90 degrees. A heating element is available on the low-temperature versions.
The frame is a reinforced plastic profile with internal steel and stainless steel panel-fixing connectors. Leaf finishes are PR prepainted steel in RAL 9010, IX AISI 304 stainless steel, PX plasticized stainless steel, and Incold Zero antibacterial PVC. Double-glazed portholes and key locks are available.
