Description

Catering kitchens and busy retail backrooms use chests like this 534L freezer to hold bulk ice cream and frozen food at -24 to -14°C under a painted steel lid. Baskets (3 wire baskets, white) make it easy to rotate stock in a busy stockroom or prep kitchen.

It moves on 4 double castors, and the lock keeps stock secure when the room is unattended. Cooling is static, defrost is manual, and the mechanical controller keeps it steady at -24 to -14°C for 1318kWh a year (class D). Noise runs at 42 dB(A), unobtrusive in a back-of-house room.
