Description

Where a display cabinet shows stock off, this 600L chest freezer is about capacity: a stainless steel lid seals in the cold so back-of-house stock stays at -24 to -14°C. Baskets (3 wire baskets, white) make it easy to rotate stock in a busy stockroom or prep kitchen.

4 double castors make it easy to reposition in a stockroom, with a lock for out-of-hours security. Cooling is static, defrost is manual, and the mechanical controller keeps it steady at -24 to -14°C for 1199kWh a year (class D). Noise runs at 42 dB(A), unobtrusive in a back-of-house room.
