Description

Where a display cabinet shows stock off, this 454L chest freezer is about capacity: a stainless steel lid seals in the cold so back-of-house stock stays at -24 to -14°C. It comes with 2 wire baskets, white, useful for keeping deliveries sorted until they move to the display cabinet.

4 double castors make it easy to reposition in a stockroom, with a lock for out-of-hours security. A mechanical controller holds -24 to -14°C via static cooling with manual defrost; it draws 230W and uses 1142kWh a year (class D). Noise runs at 42 dB(A), unobtrusive in a back-of-house room.
