This 600L chest freezer is built for bulk cold storage rather than display, keeping stock at -24 to -14°C behind a painted steel lid that shuts tight between deliveries. It comes with 3 wire baskets, white, useful for keeping deliveries sorted until they move to the display cabinet.
It moves on 4 double castors, and the lock keeps stock secure when the room is unattended. A mechanical controller holds -24 to -14°C via static cooling with manual defrost; it draws 277W and uses 1199kWh a year (class D). Noise runs at 42 dB(A), unobtrusive in a back-of-house room.
