Description
This 273L chest freezer is built for bulk cold storage rather than display, keeping stock at -24 to -14°C behind a painted steel lid that shuts tight between deliveries. Baskets (1 wire basket, white) make it easy to rotate stock in a busy stockroom or prep kitchen.
It moves on 4 double castors, and the lock keeps stock secure when the room is unattended. Cooling is static, defrost is manual, and the mechanical controller keeps it steady at -24 to -14°C for 577kWh a year (class C). Noise runs at 42 dB(A), unobtrusive in a back-of-house room.
