Description

The Was 2144 series colander (400 mm) is a professional stainless steel strainer for high-volume pasta, vegetable and stock draining in restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens. At 400 mm diameter and 225 mm deep, it handles large batch cooking with ease, and the CrNi stainless steel construction resists corrosion through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles.

Part of the 2144 series, this colander is available in six sizes from 320 mm up to 600 mm, making it straightforward to match the right capacity to any station — from a compact café prep area to a full-scale production kitchen.
