Description

The Was Conical Strainer (Spitzsieb) is a 260 mm diameter professional kitchen strainer built for high-volume sauce work, stock straining, and fine sieving in restaurant, hotel, and catering kitchens. Its seamless chrome-nickel stainless steel construction eliminates joints where food residue can collect, making it straightforward to clean and durable under continuous service.

Uniform 2 mm perforations deliver consistent filtration across the full cone, while the flat handle — extending 295 mm — keeps hands clear of hot liquids and gives a secure, controlled grip when pressing stocks or purées through under pressure. A reliable everyday workhorse for any professional kitchen brigade.
