Description

The Was Conical Strainer (Spitzsieb) is a 300 mm diameter fine-mesh kitchen sieve designed for straining stocks, sauces, soups and purées in professional kitchens. Constructed from CrNi stainless steel throughout — body and gauze alike — it offers the corrosion resistance and durability demanded by high-volume restaurant, hotel and catering operations.

The 1 mm mesh gauze removes fine particles and seeds while maintaining flow, and the hollow handle provides a secure, balanced grip when working over hot pots or tilting kettles. At 300 mm across, it handles large-batch production without repeated passes — suited to brigade kitchens, central production units and banqueting operations where speed and consistency matter.
