The WAS GN 79 is a stainless steel gastronorm tray in GN 2/4 format, designed for food storage, preparation and service in professional kitchens, catering operations and hotel buffet lines. At 65 mm deep and built from 0.6 mm stainless steel, it holds 3.5 litres and fits any standard GN 2/4 compatible bain-marie, counter or storage rack.
