The WAS GN 70 gastronorm tray GN 1/1 is a stainless steel food container for professional kitchens, measuring 530 × 325 mm with a 55 mm depth and 9.5-litre capacity. Built to EN 631-1 standard, it fits any compliant bain-marie, gastronorm oven, hot or cold counter, and transport system used in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and central kitchens.
The solid, non-perforated base makes it equally suited to holding hot and cold preparations, sauces, garnishes or prepped ingredients. The polished stainless steel finish resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning in high-throughput environments where durability and hygiene are non-negotiable.
