Description
The WAS GN 84 is a GN 1/1 polypropylene gastronorm container, perforated and transparent, designed for food preparation, storage and display in professional kitchens, catering operations and hotel buffet lines. Compliant with EN 631-1, it fits all standard GN equipment — pans, inserts, bain-maries and cold wells — without adjustment.
Made from durable, food-safe PP, this 65 mm deep container handles temperatures from -30 °C to +75 °C, making it equally suited to blast-chill storage and bain-marie service. The perforated base allows liquid to drain freely, ideal for rinsing vegetables, draining pasta or presenting ingredients over ice. The transparent body lets kitchen staff check contents at a glance without lifting the pan.
