The WAS GN 70 is a full-size stainless steel gastronorm tray (GN 1/1) built to EN 631-1, holding 9 litres in a solid, non-perforated construction — a reliable workhorse for professional kitchens, banqueting operations, catering and hotel food service.
Made from stainless steel at 0.6 mm wall thickness, the GN 70 series delivers consistent durability across bain-marie, oven, blast chiller and transport applications. The shallow 65 mm depth suits sauces, sides and garnishes, fitting standard GN frames and counters without adjustment.
