The WAS GN 86 is a GN 2/3 gastronorm container made from transparent polypropylene, holding 13.5 L and rated for use between -40 °C and +80 °C. It fits standard GN 2/3 slots across bain-maries, blast chillers, cold buffet units and refrigerated storage, making it a practical daily-use container for restaurant kitchens, hotel banqueting operations and catering companies.
The transparent polypropylene construction lets staff identify contents at a glance without opening the container, speeding up service and reducing waste. It is compatible with HACCP colour-coding clips and an inscribable lid, so teams working with allergen or date-labelling protocols can integrate it directly into existing food safety systems.
