Description
Description
The WAS GN 1/3 polypropylene perforated container is a 6-litre gastronorm food container designed for draining, steaming, and cold-side prep work in professional kitchens, fully compliant with EN 631-1. At 200 mm deep, it handles larger batch volumes within the standard GN 1/3 footprint, fitting directly into bain-maries, blast chillers, and pass-through racks alongside other EN-standard equipment.
Made from food-safe polypropylene, the container's perforated base and sides allow water, brine, or steam to pass freely — ideal for draining blanched vegetables, defrosting proteins, or steaming in combi ovens. Its lightweight construction and smooth surfaces make it easy to clean and stack, reducing turnaround time between service periods.
A practical choice for restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations, and deli counters that demand reliable, interchangeable GN components built to last through continuous daily use.
