The GN 1/1 150mm Gastronorm container is a full-size polypropylene food storage container with a 19.5-litre capacity, suited for cold storage, prep and transport in professional kitchens, catering operations and hotel F&B departments. Its 150mm depth makes it practical for bulkier ingredients, batch-cooked items and marinating tasks.
Made from food-safe polypropylene, this container handles temperatures from -30 °C up to 75 °C, making it reliable for refrigerated and frozen storage as well as warm holding within that range. It fits any standard GN 1/1 rack, bain-marie or refrigerated unit, integrating directly into existing kitchen infrastructure without adapters or modification.
