The WAS GN 84 series GN 1/4 container is a deep polypropylene food storage pan, 200 mm deep with a 4.8-litre capacity, designed for professional kitchen prep, cold storage and ingredient organisation in restaurants, hotels and catering operations.
Made in Europe from BPA-free polypropylene, it handles temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C, making it suitable for both blast-chilling and hot-holding within its rated range. The interior graduated scale speeds up portioning and stock control, while the tight-fitting lid keeps contents secure during transport or refrigerated storage.
HACCP-compatible and built to standard GN dimensions, these containers stack and integrate with existing GN equipment across the kitchen — from prep tables and bain-maries to cold rooms and delivery crates.
