The WAS GN 76 Gastro Dish GN 1/1 is a stainless steel shallow tray for professional kitchen use, conforming to the EN 631 gastronorm standard at a depth of just 10 mm. Built to GN 1/1 footprint, it fits standard gastronorm inserts and counters in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and buffet service lines.
With 0.6 mm wall thickness, the tray offers a lightweight yet durable surface suited to portioning, presenting and transporting food. The shallow profile makes it ideal for flat preparations — sliced meats, pastries, garnishes and mise en place — where a full-depth container is unnecessary.
