Description
The WAS GN 70 is a stainless steel gastronorm tray in GN 1/1 format, built to EN 631-1 standard for use in professional kitchens, catering operations, hotels and restaurants. Its shallow 20 mm depth makes it ideal for presenting, storing or transporting thin layers of food — from charcuterie and garnishes to prepared ingredients on a buffet or cook line.
Constructed from 0.6 mm stainless steel with a full, unperforated base, the GN 70 holds liquids securely and withstands the demands of daily commercial use. The standard GN 1/1 footprint fits all compatible bain-maries, blast chillers, gastronorm storage systems and holding cabinets without adaptation.
