The WAS GN 70 GN 1/3 gastronorm tray is a full, unperforated stainless steel container designed for food storage, preparation and service in professional kitchens. At 100 mm deep and holding 5.7 litres, it fits standard GN 1/3 bain-marie slots, refrigeration units and hot-holding equipment used daily in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and central kitchens.
Constructed from stainless steel at 0.6 mm wall thickness, the tray delivers reliable durability for high-cycle kitchen environments. The solid, unperforated base makes it equally suited to storing sauces, proteins and prepped ingredients as it is to direct service on a buffet line.
