Description

The WAS GN 70 is a stainless steel gastronorm tray in GN 1/2 format, built for food preparation, storage and service across restaurants, hotel kitchens and catering operations. At 40 mm deep with a solid, non-perforated base, it holds 2.5 litres and fits any standard GN 1/2 bain-marie, counter or refrigeration unit.

Constructed from stainless steel with 0.6 mm wall thickness, the GN 70 series offers a practical, durable workhorse for daily mise en place, cold buffet display and ingredient organisation. The full construction keeps liquids and fine ingredients contained — suited to sauces, garnishes and portioned proteins alike.
