The WAS GN 70 series GN 1/3 gastronorm tray is a solid stainless steel container designed for food storage, preparation and service in professional kitchens, holding 2.7 L at a 65 mm depth. Built from 0.6 mm stainless steel, it fits any standard GN 1/3 slot across bain-maries, chilled counters, hot holds and transport systems.
The non-perforated construction makes it equally suited to wet and dry applications — sauces, portioned proteins, cold garnishes or dry goods — without risk of leakage. A reliable workhorse for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and dark kitchens where interchangeable, hygienic storage is a daily requirement.
