The WAS GN 70 GN 1/4 gastronorm tray is a stainless steel food pan for professional kitchens, banqueting operations, hotels and catering services, compliant with EN 631-1 gastronorm dimensional standards. At 65 mm deep, it is well suited to portioning, chilling and serving a wide range of ingredients, sauces and prepped components in standard gastronorm equipment.
Built from 0.6 mm stainless steel, the GN 70 series delivers the everyday durability required in high-throughput kitchen environments — resisting warping, corrosion and repeated thermal cycling through ovens, bains-marie, blast chillers and cold counters. The 1/4 footprint slots directly into any EN 631-1 compliant frame, rack or lid system, making it straightforward to mix and match across a full GN setup.
