Description

The Starmix PL20BN is a bench planetary mixer for professional kitchens, delivering 1.5 kW of power across a 20-litre stainless steel bowl — well suited to bakeries, restaurant kitchens, hotel pastry stations and catering operations handling daily dough, batter and cream work.

Speed is continuously variable via an electronic inverter, giving operators precise control over every mixing task without stepping through fixed gears. The electromechanical control panel includes a built-in timer, and the manual bowl lift keeps the footprint compact on any countertop. Italian-built, the machine ships standard with a fine-wire whisk, aluminium beater, aluminium dough hook and a rotating splash guard — covering the most common mixing tasks from day one.

For operations needing greater flexibility, optional accessories include a coarse-wire whisk, spiral hook and an extended range of tools in food-grade aluminium or stainless steel, making the PL20BN easy to configure for more specialised production demands.
