Description

The Starmix PL40N is a floor-standing planetary mixer for professional bakeries, restaurants, hotels and catering operations, built around a 40-litre stainless steel bowl and driven by a 2.2 kW motor with inverter-controlled variable speed. Made in Italy, it delivers consistent results across a full range of mixing tasks — from light batters to stiff doughs — with speed adjustable between 36 and 160 rpm via an electromechanical control panel that includes a built-in timer.

Three attachments ship as standard — a fine stainless steel wire whisk, an aluminium flat beater and an aluminium dough hook — covering virtually every prep task without additional investment. The manual bowl lift and fixed rotating safety guard keep operation straightforward and safe in a busy kitchen environment. Standard supply is 400 V three-phase, with a single-phase option available for sites where three-phase power is not accessible.
