Description
The Starmix PL30N is a floor-standing planetary mixer for professional kitchens, combining a 30-litre capacity with 1.2 kW of power on a 400 V three-phase supply — suited to bakeries, hotel kitchens, restaurants and catering operations with consistent mid-volume mixing demands.
Three electromechanical speed settings give operators straightforward, reliable control across a full range of mixing tasks. The machine ships ready to work, with a stainless steel bowl, wire whisk, aluminium flat beater and aluminium dough hook included as standard. A fixed rotating plastic safety guard (type 'F') protects the operator during use, and the painted steel exterior keeps the unit robust on a busy production floor — stainless steel finish is available on request.
