The Starmix PL10EVO is a bench-top planetary mixer for professional bakeries, pastry kitchens, restaurants and catering operations, combining a 10-litre bowl capacity with 0.55 kW of motor power in a compact footprint that fits standard prep counters. Made in Germany, it features electronic variable-speed control via inverter with a front-panel timer and potentiometer, giving kitchen teams precise, repeatable results across a wide range of preparations.

The PL10EVO ships complete with a stainless steel bowl, fine wire whisk, beater and dough hook — covering the full range of mixing tasks from whipping cream and beating eggs to kneading bread doughs. A stainless steel spiral attachment is available as an optional upgrade for high-hydration or heavy doughs. CE-certified safety guards are fitted as standard, meeting European food-equipment compliance requirements. An epoxy painted steel body keeps weight down on the bench, with a stainless steel finish version available on request for environments that require it.
