Description
The Sirman GP is a countertop electric hard cheese grater designed for continuous grating of Parmesan, Pecorino and other hard cheeses in professional kitchens, delivering up to 3 kg/h through a 110 × 65 mm feed mouth. Powered by a 0.38 kW motor spinning the punched aluminium roller at 1400 r.p.m., it handles high-volume garnishing and prep with consistent results on a compact footprint.
Built for durability and hygiene in commercial use, the body is diecast polished aluminium with a galvanized steel drum — easy to clean and resistant to the demands of a busy pass. A protection grid on the exit opening and an auto-restart prevention relay on the control circuit meet CE safety requirements, making it a reliable fit for restaurants, hotels, pizzerias and catering operations that work through service without interruption.
