The Sirman GF Dakota is an electric hard cheese and bread grater for professional kitchens, delivering throughput of up to approximately 0.9 kg per minute via a stainless steel drum spinning at 1400 rpm. The anodized aluminum body with ABS shock-proof sides and a polished aluminum hopper is designed for daily heavy use, while the see-through plexiglass receiving tray lets operators monitor output at a glance. A dual safety interlock — microswitch on both the tray and the lever — prevents the machine from starting unless the handle is correctly positioned and stops it immediately if the handle is lifted, reducing operator risk during service.
