Description
Description
The Sirman GF Dakota is an electric hard cheese and bread grater for professional kitchens, delivering throughput of up to approximately 0.9 kg per minute via a stainless steel drum spinning at 1400 rpm. Built in Italy, the machine runs on single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz power and draws 0.75 kW — making it straightforward to install in any restaurant, hotel or catering operation without dedicated electrical infrastructure.
The anodized aluminum body with ABS shock-proof sides and a polished aluminum hopper is designed for daily heavy use, while the see-through plexiglass receiving tray lets operators monitor output at a glance. A dual safety interlock — microswitch on both the tray and the lever — prevents the machine from starting unless the handle is correctly positioned and stops it immediately if the handle is lifted, reducing operator risk during service.
The GF Dakota suits high-volume pasta stations, hotel breakfast buffets and pizzerias that need consistent, fine-grated hard cheeses or breadcrumbs on demand. At 20 kg net weight it is a stable countertop unit built for permanent station placement rather than occasional use.
