Description

The Saro SANTOS 2N is an electric cheese grater for restaurants, commercial kitchens and food processing operations, grating up to 50 kg an hour. The cast aluminium housing carries a stainless steel grating disc and lid, with a transparent 2.7 litre container underneath so the operator can see how much has been processed. The disc supplied has 3 mm perforations, 110 mm across, for hard cheeses such as Parmesan and Grana Padano.

Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.6 kW; external dimensions 250 x 420 x 350 mm, net weight 14 kg, gross 16 kg. Separately available discs cover 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 mm grating plus a Parmesan disc, and a further disc turns the SANTOS 2N into an ice crusher.
