The Saro SANTOS 2N is an electric cheese grater for professional kitchens, delivering up to 50 kg/h throughput at 0.6 kW — making it a practical workhorse for restaurants, hotel kitchens, pizzerias, and catering operations where grated cheese is a daily demand.

Built around a cast aluminium housing with a stainless steel grater disc and lid, the SANTOS 2N is compact enough to sit on any prep counter at 250 × 420 × 350 mm. The included 3 mm disc covers most everyday needs, while separately available discs in 2, 4, 6, and 8 mm — plus specialist Parmesan, fondue, and ice-crusher discs — give this single machine genuine versatility across multiple menu tasks.

Operator safety is built in: an automatic stop engages the moment the drawer or lever is opened, protecting staff during disc changes or cleaning.
