The Saro EVO 75 (SKU 09-1600) is an electric cheese grating machine capable of processing up to 50 kg/h, designed for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and delicatessens that require consistent, high-volume grating output. Its 110 mm hardened, chrome-plated steel drum handles hard cheeses such as Parmesan as well as dry bread, while the compact aluminium alloy housing keeps bench footprint to a minimum at just 6 kg net weight.
Powered by a 0.6 kW motor on standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply, the EVO 75 delivers reliable throughput without demanding dedicated electrical infrastructure. Grated product collects directly into the included microwave-safe glass container with an airtight lid, simplifying portion control and storage — a practical detail that saves time during busy service prep.
