Description
The Saro UGN 2100 TN is an undercounter refrigerated table that keeps ingredients chilled right at the workstation, sized for GN 1/1 containers: two self-closing doors, 2 height-adjustable grids of 328 x 530 mm with support rails, and a stainless steel worktop, housing and interior. Forced-air cooling with automatic defrost and a DIXELL digital controller hold the interior between -2 and +8 °C behind 60 mm of insulation.
The compressor slides out for cleaning. Net capacity is 108 litres (214 gross) in an interior of 795 x 580 x 340 mm; the table measures 1360 x 700 x 650 mm on 4 adjustable feet and weighs 140 kg net. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.35 kW, refrigerant R600a; energy efficiency class B at climate class 5. The other door counts of the UGN TN series can be selected above.
